Here's the breakdown!Podcast: 

As you learned last week - we adore Liz Moody. And, we're also big fans of Jordan Younger (The Balanced Blonde). When we found out they did a podcast swap together, we were absolutely thrilled. So this week, our favorite Podcast Episode is exactly that! Liz Moody and Jordan talk anxiety, falling in love with food and  eating healthier together. These girls make a fantastic duo!

   

Recipe:

With our daily routine taking quite a shift this week, I've been looking for things for the girls to do around the clock. Both of the girls LOVE getting into the kitchen with mama, and  so we've been baking up some goodness all week long. Our favorite recipe of the week? These brownies by 40 Aprons - oh and P.S - double yum after they've been in the fridge for a day.

On a recent podcast interview we heard with Dr. Andrew Weil, he had suggested this MycoShield throat spray to strengthen immunity! With the CoronaVirus as constant conversation on the news, social media and  in our homes, all three of us figured why not give it a shot? Jessica isn't a fan of the cinnamon flavor, but to me the peppermint tastes similar to a breath spray! Not too shabby!



Better Everyday:

Last week we talked about one of our favorite FREE Workouts from Tone It Up - and this week - Tone It Up has opened up ALL of their workouts for free through their App. What an incredible gesture to help support a wild time for us all.

Chalene Johnson is ALWAYS an inspiration to us, but this week her post spoke volumes to us. What a great reminder.
