Every week we'll share some of our favorites from the week. How much fun it that?! Stay tuned to see more.

Jessica has been sampling this podcast. It's not the type of format we usually listen to but she's liking it. I enjoy how the host Nora McInerny will take a second to recap/or frame what’s been said by the interviewee.

Gordon Ramsey might not have liked it - but we’ve enjoyed playing around the the Bell Pepper Sandwich (or the "Idiot Sandwich like Ramsey says) from MyHealthyDish. Add Everything But the Bagel Cream cheese, some cucumbers, spinach or romaine, carrot sticks and/or thin apple slices and it makes for a filling snack for sure! Add some Taki’s tortilla chips to the top for added crunch!!

Welcome to the United States of Anxiety is Jess's second book of 2021 (yay!) and so far she loves it! A mixture of life experiences, science and humor - all wrapped up under the umbrella of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.

It's offered a good chuckle so far!

Hard not to get swept into inspiration listening to this young poet. If you haven't watched Amanda Gorman recite "The Hill We Climb" - get ready to drop your jaw. Both her presentation, and her literary work, are to be admired!

After years of reading nothing but Non-Fiction, one of Liz's biggest goals is to read more Fiction in 2021. She asked her friend Ashley (who know all-the-things-fiction) for a few book recomedations. One's she absolutely could not stop reading. Could not put down. Had her so wrapped up that she was dying to consume every word. Ugly Love was top of the list, and  alas, it's now on Liz's nightstand.
