Every week we'll share some of our favorites from the week. How much fun it that?! Stay tuned to see more.
It sure caught our attention when Liz Moody introduced her latest podcast on friendship as one of her favorite podcasts she's recorded. She brought in several guests, all of which we enjoyed! The guests include Carissa Stanton (@broccyourbody) and Olivia Noceda (@olive.eeeats), Danielle Bayard Jackson (@friendforward) and her very own bestie Gretchen Lidicker (@gretchen.amanda).
We originally found Good Girl Chocolate through the one and only Tabitha Brown - and boy do they deliver. They are certainly an indulgence (both taste and cost) but well worth it. Not to mention, they are vegan, gluten free and hand-made by a small team, in-house, and in small batches. As they say "When they are made with love, they taste even better" - and we agree.
We're continuing on with big goals to keep reading in 2021! I'm off to the races with my third book of the year and it's quite the read. I'm a big fan of Liz Gilbert and her books, so this fictional novel "City of Girls" came highly recommended by my book-worm mentor (Ashley). I'm about 1/2 way through the book and I can't get enough. It could be and should be Netflix's next biggest show. (Do you hear us Shonda Rhimes?? It could be some serious magic!!)
We've been following Paleomg for years - like back to the beginning. We've always enjoyed Juli, her recipes, her workouts, her fashion. We're especially enjoying her more spiritual outlook that she's adopted for 2021 and we're thrilled to see where it takes her both personally and professionally!
Ok so this was an internal influence... but influence none-the-less. Once I got my Air Fryer and bragged about it's amazingness (non-stop, might I add) Jenny had to jump on the bandwagon as well. She's really been enjoying hers and I still am totally in love with mine. The honeymoon phase is everlasting.
