Head over Heels for Overalls
We absolutely adore Julie from PBFingers, and recently saw her share a set of knotted overalls. The moment I laid eyes on them I knew I had to have them. But - these are no ordinary overalls. These babies are baggie, linen in appearance and - let's just say - not something my husband would pick out for me. So they sat in my Amazon cart for quite some time until October rolled in. I went ahead and took the leap - and I'm head over heels for these overalls. They are so playful and cute - not to mention the comfiest ensemble I own.
Speaking of Heels...
Ok - I think it's safe to say that this Amazon fashion movement has captured us. In Jenny's search for low heeled booties - her dreams were delivered on Amazon (and in only 2 days...thanks Prime). She loved them so much that these booties now sit in Jenny's closet in 2 different colors.
Now, Let's Talk Fall
We are definitely fans around here of fall (and wintery) scents. As soon as the first day of fall arrives - it's time to bust out our favorite fall candles. Even if it doesn't quite feel like fall in Florida.
This year, we're so excited to have a collection of hand-poured soy based candles in our shop that are oh-so-yummy. Our fav scent for this fall? Our Grateful Soul, which - btw - smells like an apple pie fresh out of the oven. It's a wonderful blend of apples, candied yams, marshmallows, sweet cream butter, brown sugar, nutmeg, crushed cinnamon bark and fresh cloves.
If you follow us - you already know how obsessed with Lucky Market we are - and well, everything that it holds in it's 4 walls. Last time we were there, we ran across a ginger flavored soda sweetened with stevia and were super excited to try it out. It definitely has our stamp of approval and is such a yummy, fizzy drink - and (pro-tip) is also a great mixer for a cocktail ;)
We are a big fan of all things paper (obviously). So when an occasion arose for us to pick out a little somethin' somethin' for a gentlemen in our circle - we knew just what to do. We found this leather journal on amazon - and the quality upon delivery STUNS. This will definitely be on our Christmas list for our fav guys.
During a recent trip out to Trader Joe's - Jess made it out with all the pumpkin things. Having experienced the pumpkin coffee she picked up first hand (and loving it!) I'm totally trusting in Jess's flavor judgement on this Pumpkin Biscotti. I mean the truth is - if there's pumpkin in it - I'm interested.

Quote to Inspire
In August, we laid up a strong recommendation for a book by Brene Brown entitled Daring Greatly. Well, it turns out the title of the book is based off of this insanely inspirational quote by Theodore Roosevelt. I read it once, and read it again and again and again. I read it allowed to my husband. And - I even made my brother read it allowed at a family dinner. So, the big question is, does this inspire others the way it does me?

Jess has recently been enjoying a new (to her) WorkParty podcast. Jess especially enjoyed their recent interview with Kristin Ess (hairdresser).
Jess's birthday is always one of our favorite days - why? Because Jess does so much for so many, and it's always fun to do our very best to spoil her. We enjoyed blasting 50 Cent's "Go Shorty, It's your Birthday" as she walked into the office, and of course sharing our present with her. And what a trooper, though she was feeling SUPER under the weather, she soldiered through a little surprise dinner at her fav spot here in Downtown Winter Garden.
