July Favorites

by Liz Allen

Ooooh sweet July - how wonderful you were. Another busy month in the books, folks, but it couldn't have been better. This July we enjoyed Independence Day, we made progress on our new Planner Boutique in Orlando, Florida AND we've been having some fun chats getting to know some of our new launch team members.

So here's the thing about ACV - we're fans of it in all sorts of ways. In our tea, as a juice pouch - and yes also as a face mask. It's a great price, available at ULTA (woo hoo) and it does the job.

If you watch our Instagram Stories, you know we're fans of ButcherBox. In July, my Butcherbox arrived with pork ribs and I chose to cook them on a night my hubby wasn't home. I'll just be honest, my husband runs the grill - I've never cooked Ribs a day in my life. I was challenged to do it on my own and HOLY SMOKES - the Butcherbox ribs combined with the Bone Suckin' Sauce I picked up from Lucky Market was absolute heaven.

The opening of our first Boutique got REALLY real when our signage went up on Boyd Street in Winter Garden. And the outpouring of support that came with the news? Let's just say we couldn't help but squeal.

While Jess enjoyed a family vacay, Jenny and I pursued Disney Springs in search for some R&R after we finalized all-the-things for our 2019 Planners. We had SUCH a blast taking a field trip in our own back yard. And we were so proud to mark something off of our #kitgirl Monthly Maintenance List.

A community friend of ours invited us weeks ago to be on a panel at this years Orlando Women Rock. Jenny and I really enjoyed sitting fireside and chatting with a group of like-minded gals about our mission. Oh, and the t-shirt I won while at the event? Let's be honest, I'm wearing it as I write this blog.
